Our “farm to table” brunch spot, The Eatery, opened in July 2015. The Eatery is open from Friday to Sunday, which allows us to focus on our farming and community efforts during the week.
We are inspired by world-wide cuisine and classic dishes and incorporate our own Caribbean flair to it, using our local ingredients.
Our menu is always changing, as it varies depending on the fruits and vegetables we have harvested. A select few dishes are always on offer, as they are considered to be the ‘safe crops’ (made with ingredients that are always available).
We serve brunch and local favorites such as egg dishes, waffles, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and baked goods, with mostly home-grown or locally sourced produce. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options.
